How to order
Online (24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Ordering online is safe,
easy and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products,
simply click on the "buy now" button. When you are through shopping,
fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your
form.
We use a variety of carriers to get your order to you when YOU want
it including FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Express. At check out
just let us know when you want your order and we will take care
of the rest.
*Standard: Within the continental United States, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days from our receipt of your
order for in-stock items. If an item you order is temporarily unavailable, we will advise you of when to expect delivery. In
order for you to receive your package as quickly as possible, we select the fastest, most efficient carrier available in your
area. We will notify you via email as to what carrier will deliver your order.
* Post Office Boxes: Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days
of your order for in-stock items.
* Alaska and Hawaii: Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days
of your order for in-stock items.
* APO/FPO Addresses: Packages to these addresses are shipped by United States Postal Service and will reach the military
postal system within 3-7 business days of your order for in-stock items.
Changing Shipping Information After You Place an Order
We're sorry, shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an
order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the
majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage

If you are not completely happy with any product you purchase from The PSNE Groyp, return it within 90 days
from the date we ship and we’ll exchange or refund your money. Products must be unworn and returned in the
original box. Shipping charges are not refundable.
When you use our label, Exchange postage is always FREE! . Fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN FORM and drop your
exchange in the mail. Once we receive your return we will ship in-stock requested items at once. If the requested item is not
in-stock we will refund your credit card and re-charge it when we ship. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping
charges.

charge your credit card for the new items ordered plus shipping and handling (if applicable). When we receive your return, we
will credit your credit card for the items returned. Make sure that you check off "Already placed new order" and enter the
order number if you have it.

No postage required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Drop your package in the U.S. mail - at home or work, in a mailbox, or at the Post Office.
Simply cut out the label, and tape it securely to your box. Drop your return in the U.S. mail. The cost of return
shipping, listed below, will be deducted from your credit or refund. $6.95 for the first item returned then $3.00 for each
additional item.
Option B. Return On Your Own
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your
